Grapevine Oasis
Greenhouse Project
Starting in April of 2024 a site was selected to drill a well that will provide water for Grapevine Oasis's Greenhouse.
This project will allow us to grow organic produce year round for our community, provide an opportunity to teach others about growing produce in a greenhouse and offer work-stay agreements for those wanting to learn more about our sustainability program.
December 2025 a spot was cleared for the well, and drilling began on December 16th. Drilling continued for 3 days and water was found at a depth of 855'. They drilled deeper to insure a good supply for the greenhouse.
Next we are working to get a pump installed and a water tank set up.
